Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing (YMH) builds and constructs premium commercial and lifestyle buildings that are quickly becoming one of the most sought after brand products of its type on the market. Due to continual growth we are looking for a Junior Business Administrator who is willing to learn all aspects of working in an office environment, is a strong communicator and takes pride in the quality of their own work.

This is an entry level role where you will learn the step-by-step basics of Business Administration whilst working within the Finance Team and supporting wider business. You will receive full on-the-job training from day 1 and also have the option of completing formal training through a Registered Training Organisation if you choose to undertake a Traineeship. This role has broad opportunities for growth and to set you up for your future career.

What your day will potentially look like:

· Be the first point of contact for the business via phone, email and face to face, being stationed at front reception.

· Responding to customer, supplier and internal enquiries.

· General duties such as organising the monthly staff BBQ, ordering office supplies, creating purchase orders for office items, setting up new construction jobs on the system, creating client information packs for the completion of buildings, booking car services and running errands, just to name a few examples.

· Work within the Finance team learning and undertaking various HR, administrative and finance tasks such as inputting invoices, reconciling bank accounts, document writing and customer service.

· Provide support as needed to all YMH staff across a variety of duties within the business.

· Some of the skills you will develop include event management, reception, database management, maintaining spreadsheets, creating and managing documents, various finance tasks and learning new computer systems.

· Exposure to Work Health and Safety and HR practices and implementation.

· This role will report to the YMH Finance Manager.

To be successful you will have:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good numeracy skills

· A willingness to learn

· Strong computer literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

· Organised and the ability to handle multiple duties & tasks

· Be friendly, outgoing, supportive and have a positive attitude

· Take pride in the quality of your work and have a strong attention to detail

· Be self-motivated, honest, reliable and punctual

· Completed year 11 or equivalent
